This is a place where the air is filled with the scent of linden and color, and the atmosphere itself inspires creativity. Unique pieces are created here, capturing warm memories of time spent in our village.
Anastasia Popova
My name is Nastasya. I'm an artist who grew up surrounded by nature, among endless forests and winding rivers. Since childhood, I've embraced the unique character of the northern regions of the Arkhangelsk region and have dedicated my life to art.
I mastered 13 types of Pomorye painting, after which I embarked on a long period of practice, experimentation, and creative exploration. Over 25 years of honing my craft resulted in a new take on the classic matryoshka doll: the painting became deeper, lighter, and acquired a special soulfulness. The tactile sensation of the work has also reached a new level—in addition to matte and glossy finishes, polished versions are now available.
While preserving the traditions of traditional Russian northern painting, the workshop also embraces the artist's own images: here you can see a birch-tree matryoshka doll in a kokoshnik, a cotton-wool cat matryoshka doll, musical retro Christmas trees, nutcrackers, and much more.
It seems that there really is no limit to creative inspiration.
